Jovia is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, is not affiliated with the employers it surfaces, and is not responsible for their sites, forms, hiring processes, or decisions.

A public job submitter confirms they are authorized to publish the role, application link, and contact details. Submission does not guarantee publication; a Jovia administrator may approve or reject it.

Approved public jobs display only the contact fields selected by the submitter, while the public application URL remains available to candidates.

Jovia does not guarantee application volume, interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

LinkedIn and Indeed are discovery or referral sources only; no protected-site automation, scraping, credential reuse, or access-control bypassing.

Unknown answers and identity-bound steps remain with the candidate or a permitted human procedure.

An application is counted as submitted only after candidate confirmation or recruiter-recorded evidence exists.

ATS scores, interviews, offers, and employment outcomes are never guaranteed.

Tailored content may use only candidate-supported facts.
